By booking any service with HVAC CLEAN, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
HVAC CLEAN reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most recent version will be available on our website or by request.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the terms prior to booking.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Failure to notify us in time, or if the technician is unable to access the property, will result in a full service charge.
Customers must ensure:
A person over 18 is present at the time of service.
Safe and clear access is provided to all relevant areas (indoor and outdoor units, appliances, vents, etc.).
Any pets are secured and children kept away from the work area.
Payment is required in full on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept bank transfers, cash, EFTPOS, and approved third-party vouchers (e.g., GrabOne).
Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur late fees and may be sent to debt collection.
Promotional pricing or vouchers are valid only at time of booking and cannot be redeemed retroactively.
Includes cleaning of indoor unit filters, coils, and casing; flushing drain line; cleaning outdoor unit and basic performance check.
Does not include repairs, gas top-ups, or full diagnostic checks.
If faults are discovered during cleaning, we will inform you and may recommend further servicing.
All post-service issues must be reported within 24 hours.
Pricing is based on standard back-to-back installation (indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of the same wall, single storey).
Additional charges apply for:
Multi-storey work, roof brackets, long pipe runs, concrete coring, switchboard upgrades, etc.
HVAC CLEAN provides a 12-month installation workmanship warranty.
Manufacturer warranty terms apply to the unit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all necessary consents are obtained from landlords or property managers.
Includes cleaning of oven interiors, trays, racks, door glass, and elements (if accessible).
Does not include electrical repairs or dismantling of sealed components.
The oven must be turned off and cool before the technician arrives.
Some stains or baked-on residues may not be fully removable due to age or surface wear.
Includes cleaning of filters, fan covers, and accessible internal surfaces.
Does not cover removal of heavy grease deposits within ducting or inaccessible fan motors.
Rangehoods must be turned off and cool at time of service.
We replace filters using genuine or compatible high-quality alternatives.
Customer must confirm system brand/model before booking.
Pricing includes removal and disposal of old filters and installation of new filters.
We do not perform electrical servicing or repairs on ventilation units unless pre-arranged.
Includes cleaning of the fan grille and surrounding area.
If the fan is not easily accessible or safely reachable, additional access fees or service limitations may apply.
HVAC CLEAN is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or wear on systems/appliances
Any damage resulting from structural faults, aged systems, or customer misuse
Failures that arise after cleaning due to component degradation or unrelated system issues
We take all reasonable care during service. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. rusted fittings, faulty wiring, poor installation by others).
Workmanship warranty is valid for 12 months on installations.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
HVAC CLEAN reserves the right to inspect the property before any claim is resolved.
Vouchers must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented before service begins.
Only one voucher per unit/service is allowed unless stated otherwise.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions at the property are deemed unsafe (e.g. slippery surfaces, aggressive animals, hazardous materials).
Technicians may decline to work in extreme weather or unsafe environments.
